Applications are now open for the 2026 Dalberg AI Fellowship Program. Dalberg is seeing an increasing gap in awareness and adoption of AI in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs), which can lead to long-term and irreversible digital divide between LMICs and High-Income Countries. At Dalberg Data Insights, we democratize AI access for impactful organizations by:
1. Designing AI/data strategies and solutions
2. Providing AI literacy training to our clients and partners
3. Piloting AI/data solutions
4. Consulting on Responsible AI practices
5. Developing & scaling advanced AI analysts and advisors, aia2, designed to transform data into actionable insights.
Dalberg Data Insights is looking for two AI Fellows who can join the team. As an AI Fellow, you will become an active member of a team that is working on an ongoing project and learn first-hand what it takes to build impactful data solutions. You will rotate between different project management roles, gaining a unique perspective on how different functions contribute to the success of a project, thereby receiving a unique overview of how different functions operate within a successful project. The AI Fellowship program will help you to discover your strengths and use them to grow into the job that fits you best.
