With over two years of experience in this role, Elikplim specializes in AI policy advisory, open data strategies, monitoring and evaluation, project management, and partner engagement. His work focuses on improving access to open AI technologies and training data, strengthening local AI capacity, and supporting ethical AI policies and dialogue on data protection.
