Biography:

Dr. Stephane Nwolley is an accomplished technology executive with over two decades of experience in digital transformation including Big Data & AI adoption and business strategy. He has aided in the digitalisation of various domains such as Local Government, Education, Telecommunications, Insurance, Banking, Agriculture, and Healthcare. He is a researcher and has published in several journals with keynote representations at global conferences. His scholarly contributions include keynote speeches at significant conferences such as the World Trade Organization’s (WTO) 13th Ministerial Conference (MC13) 2024 in Abu Dhabi, the 6th PASET Forum & Rsif Annual Conference in Nairobi, Kenya, 2024, and the Ghana Tech. Summit, 2019. Currently serving as the Chairman of the ICT Sector at the Association of Ghana Industries, Dr. Nwolley has spearheaded key technology contributions within the sector. He also holds a position as a Board Member of the CSIR College of Science and Technology. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Npontu Technologies Ltd a leading AI and Software company in Ghana. More than just a technologist he is also a passionate educator and an adjunct lecturer at Ashesi University. Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Nwolley is deeply committed to advancing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in every facet of his work. He continuously seeks to develop and implement responsible AI solutions that minimize environmental impact, prioritize social well-being, and promote equitable access to technology. Through initiatives that foster inclusive innovation, Dr. Nwolley exemplifies the vital role of ethical leadership in shaping a sustainable digital future. His unwavering dedication to ESG goals underscores his belief that technology can be a force for positive, long-lasting change when guided by a strong sense of social responsibility. Dr. Nwolley holds a Ph.D. in ICT Management and is fluent in both English and French.
